Free tools for people who never hire me.

Each one answers a question an owner actually has, in seconds, with no pitch attached and nothing to sign up for. If the honest answer is that nothing is wrong, they say that — the website checkup tells plenty of people to leave their site alone.

Website checkup

Score any website in ten seconds

It fetches the page the way a phone does, times it, and scores twelve things Google and your customers both care about — speed, mobile layout, tap-to-call, title, description, structured data, share image, alt text, page weight, analytics. Every one comes back with the fix in plain words.

You get back
A score out of 100, a grade, and twelve fixes

Works on your competitors too.

Missed-call calculator

Put a number on the calls nobody answers

Four figures you already know — how many calls ring out in a week, what a job is worth, how often a caller books, and how many a text-back would realistically win back. It gives you the yearly cost, and it will tell you plainly when fixing it would not pay for itself.

Review reply writer

Answer the review you have been avoiding

Paste a review and a star rating. You get three genuinely different replies you could post as-is, a straight read on what that person is actually upset about underneath the words, and a warning about the mistake most owners make in the first sentence.

Review QR maker

Print a review card people actually scan

Paste your Google review link and you get a counter card with the QR on it, ready to print. Put it by the till, on the invoice, in the van. The code never expires, nothing tracks the scans, and it works for Facebook or a booking page too.

Why these are free

Becausemostofyoudon'tneedmeyet.

A tool that tells you the truth is worth more to me than a form that collects your email. If it turns out your site is fine and your phone is answered, you have lost nothing and I have lost about a tenth of a cent.

Nothing is gated

No account, no email wall, no "enter your address to see the rest of your results". You get the whole answer on the first screen, every time.

The numbers are real

The checkup score is arithmetic on twelve measured checks — only the two-sentence summary is written by a model. The calculator does multiplication you can redo by hand.

They can say no

The calculator will tell you when an automated text-back would not pay for itself at your numbers. A tool that can only ever recommend buying something is an advert.

Nothing is kept

Addresses and review text are used to produce your answer and then dropped. The only thing recorded is that a tool was run, so I know which ones are worth keeping.

Questions

Aboutthetools.

Yes. No account, no email, no trial. They cost me a fraction of a cent to run and they are the most honest advertising I have — people who find them useful tend to remember who built them.

No. Addresses and review text are used to produce your answer and then dropped. The only thing recorded is an anonymous event saying a tool was run, so I can see which ones are worth maintaining.

Yes, and you should. It only reads pages that are already public, exactly like Google does. Running it on the business outranking you usually explains more than any advice I could give.

Then it is fine and you should spend the money elsewhere. That is a real outcome the checkup returns, and it is the reason the tool is worth trusting when it says something is wrong.

If you want. Custom sites start at $200 and take about a week; the AI assistants that answer calls and draft review replies start at $75/mo with the first month free. But every fix the checkup lists can be done by whoever built your site, and it says exactly what to ask them for.

Want the fixes done for you?

Run whichever tool applies, then send me what it said. I'll tell you what is worth fixing, what isn't, and what it would cost — usually the same day.

Goes straight to my inbox. You'll hear back within 24 hours — usually the same day. No newsletter, no follow-up sequence, just an answer.
