Cancellations
24 hours notice, always. Inside 24 hours or a no-show is 50% of the reserved service — the chair was held for you.
Color consultations
Free 15-minute in-person consultations before any color service. Strongly recommended for first-time balayage or a major change.
Patch tests
Required 48 hours before any first-time color service. Two minutes now beats a reaction later.

Tell us — the assistant on this page counts. Past 15 minutes we may need to shorten or rebook the service.
