Wood-Fired Kitchen · Est. this demo
Upscale-casual, open-hearth cooking in the heart of the city. Everything on the menu meets the fire.
01 — The Hearth
Everything that leaves the kitchen touches the oak-fired hearth or the wood oven — nothing is boiled, nothing is microwaved. The fire is the only appliance we need.
02 — The Oak
We split and season our own oak in the back lot. Slow-burned overnight, it runs hotter and cleaner than gas — you can taste the difference in the char.
03 — The Table
No rushed turns, no forced seatings. Come for the ribeye and stay for the second bottle — the hearth room is yours for the night.
“The char on everything is unreal — this is the dinner you plan the whole week around.”
— City Table Review
“The rare open-hearth spot where the technique matters more than the theater.”
— The Weekly Fork
“Order the branzino, ask for a seat at the counter, cancel your other plans.”
— Midtown Eats
“A wine list that respects the fire — smoke on the plate, none in your glass.”
— Pour Decisions
